Songs of the river

 

Any time I see a boat on the water in India, crossing a river, it always reminds of SD Burman songs. Quite a number of Bangla folk-ish tunes with his voice have become timeless classics!

This was shot at river Narmada, taken from NH8 (the so called Golden Bridge).
